115,000 postal workers will be on strike over the next few weeks, fighting for decent pay in the face of a cost of living crisis. Royal Mail bosses and shareholders continue to rake in fortunes while ordinary workers are pushed to the brink, some relying on food banks to survive. This can't continue!
A strong labour movement needs its community organised behind it, so ACORN members across the country will be turning out to support our brothers and sisters in the Communication Worker's Union (CWU) on the picket line. Join us to show Royal Mail bosses that workers demand better!
ACORN members and supporters will meet outside Community Base (113 Queen's Road, Brighton, BN1 3XG) at 8am before walking together to the join the picket outside the North Road Post Office (62 North Road, BN1 1AA) until 9am.
