The 'Private Renters Survey England: Safety, Security and Affordability (2023)' was launched by ACORN on 24th May 2023. The findings of this survey will be used to help with our campaign to make the Renters Reform Bill as strong as possible, and make sure that politicians and decision makers are informed about the experiences and priorities of renters in England.
You are welcome to complete the survey anonymously and/or skip questions, however the more information you give us, the more comprehensive and effective our results will be. We will use the results to lobby politicians, in press releases and to inform our campaigns.
These first few questions are about the physical condition of your home, looking at the safety of private rented housing in England. The following few questions will be about the security of private renting, with the final few asking about how affordable you've found renting in the private sector.
