In the first week of the year ACORN Oxford has already been approached by a family facing homelessness due to a no fault eviction. Things are only getting harder for us in Oxford and we need to be ready to fight back if we want to be able to keep our members in their homes. 

To prepare ourselves for the year ahead we will use this opportunity to learn the skills necessary to plan and win a members defence campaign. 

This training will cover: 

• Intro to members defence 
• Campaign strategy and planning 
• How to resist an eviction 

The more people skilled up the more we can win for our communities, and we've got a lot to work for this year! 

We'll break for lunch half way through, so people are encouraged to bring things to share. hot drinks will be provided
