What would you change about where you live?

Maybe it's the lack of local shops? A need for more advice and support for residents? More houses being built without more things for everyone to do?

Or it could be something specific - making facilities like Lockleaze Sports Centre affordable for residents, or finally doing something about the derelict Gainsborough pub!

ACORN has previously won local campaigns for more lights in a park, lower costs at a swimming pool, and improved rubbish collections - as well as cracking down on rogue landlords and making sure the council are doing repairs for tenants.

This informal event is an opportunity for all ideas, which will then be voted on at a later date - we are looking for your ideas, big or small! 

All ACORN members welcome, and childcare will be provided by a teaching assistant. ACORN Lockleaze is open to anyone living in the Lockleaze ward, or with another connection to the area.
