In ACORN we've had enough of being given crumbs by those in power. We're expected to put up with bad and expensive housing, community centres and public toilets closing down while bosses, developers and landlords rake in profits. We're sick of being told we can't have the basics to live a decent, dignified life, and we're taking a stand!

ACORN is a community union of low and middle-income people, fighting for a better life. In this short training we'll be covering what community organising is and how to build power for our communities using our strength in numbers. We'll also cover the practical skills of building ACORN in Hastings, and how to get involved over the next few months!
