Come to our Monthly Members’ Meeting to help us launch a People's Manifesto, decide the next steps in our branch campaign, and more!
Council elections are coming up in May, and at our AGM members voted to launch a People’s Manifesto and get council candidates to commit to pledges to tackle the biggest issues affecting low and middle-income people in the city. - Decide which parts of the city we want to speak to
- Sign up for some outreach days over the coming month to get residents filling out surveys and
In this meeting we'll also hear updated on our Brighton Greens: Stop Failing Renters campaign. ACORN leaders are meeting with Council leader Phelim Mac Cafferty this week to get him to finally tackle the renting crisis in the city - come to hear about how this meeting went and decide next steps in the campaign.
More info and full agenda will be sent out before the meeting via email - see you on Thursday 24th!
